Cameron was a very helpful and friendly employee who helped me with the few problems I had during my stay. Yes the rooms were nice, very up-to-date, clean and accommodating, but that is what you would expect from a higher hotel. The nice staff was also very pleasant and welcoming, but Cameron went out his way to ensure that my disputes were resolved and treats them quickly and efficiently.

Each part of the stay was so gre... read more I have a corner suite in the new building on the Concierge level with a pair of massage packages that was absolutely exquisite! Each part of the stay was so great, I felt compelled to get a gift for the staff to show my appreciation. I understand that changes have been made and the prices/packages have changed since I stayed, but the ambience, the amenities (gotta love thedach tennis courts) all stay top notch I am happy to visit again soon!
