My service at check-in was great, but Gil and Melissa went beyond me. I needed help at almost midnight with print documents and they did not hesitate to help me with my strange request. Was very appreciated!!! Thank you.

The Lumber Baron Bar on... read more My friend and I were here to attend an event at Devos and it was nice to go there to come and not need to bring jackets or drive / park. The Lumber Baron Bar on the first floor is one of our GR favorites, although this was our first time in the hotel, we often come for the big drinks menu and atmosphere. The reception staff was friendly and friendly and checked immediately. We parked in the park structure, which turned out was free and that was a nice surprise. It was disappointing that our shower was not clean (there were some hair on the walls!? otherwise the room was good. The bed was very comfortable and we got the possibility for a room on a higher floor that had a partial view of the river. If we had stayed more than one night, no refrigerator would have been a bummer, but we were only there for the event and did not want to go after, so this time was not a big deal. I'd stay safe for comfort.

Cameron was a very helpful and friendly employee who helped me with the few problems I had during my stay. Yes the rooms were nice, very up-to-date, clean and accommodating, but that is what you would expect from a higher hotel. The nice staff was also very pleasant and welcoming, but Cameron went out his way to ensure that my disputes were resolved and treats them quickly and efficiently.
