These are the worst Popeyes ever. Staff are rudd and they give you what they want you. I was here before and the lady in the window was rude. Tonight, my son ordered my food and they ordered him wrong. When I contacted the store and finally got someone, it was Kevin. He was extremely rude and not apologetic at all. I just asked if we were to bring the food back if he paid me back my money. View all feedback.
Good evening. I am very honest and I really didn't even want to leave a comment about my last experience at Popeyes. Me and my family was in the Drive Thru and I specified and told the gentleman what we wanted. My son and my grandson wanted something different from me and my husband but I paid it all together. I guess it was a treat for them the price didn't mean nothing to me because I had it at that time to do something special for them. We place the order and make sure that we repeated it to the gentleman at least three times. I told him that my son wanted spicy that was for him but me and my husband didn't want spicy chicken. I guess it was my fault because I trusted him where my son dropped us off and he went to the house we looked and checked out food and we had spicy I was very upset about it because I am a fair person I gave him the benefit of the doubt but that was my fault so I fought myself for not checking. For all what I spent that evening it was a waste to me. That's why I didn't want to leave a comment because I was done with it. I'm not trying to upset anyone about it I'm just being honest and truthful to what happened to us. And this is a lesson to me or someone else to always check your food. Sometime we get distracted and that's human we will we will never be perfect but it is a lesson for me. God bless all have a beautiful afternoon:
This place was cooking I mean absolutely well roasted chicken good atmosphere. Food: 5/5
Black chicken gave me and my Homir crazy food poisoning, but the mash potatoes are worrying so that it doesn't matter to meFood: 4/5
The food was delicious but I ordered white meat and got a thigh and leg. But they were good.
I usually stop at this location before every Cowboys game and have for a couple of years now. Service is generally quick. Food comes out hot and fresh. I mainly always pick up chicken sandwiches because theirs are the best. However my last visit I picked up at 10-piece dark manager special for $7.99 and was pleased with everything that I received. By the way when I pick up chicken sandwiches it's always seven because there's seven of us.
