I had a minor issue with a carryout order recently and sent them email feedback. They called me the next day and were very apologetic and offered to make the same thing for me on the house. I had the mozzarella crunch burger, which is a 1/3 pound beef patty with mozzarella sticks and onion rings with a hickory bbq sauce on a fresh soft bun. Stopped by for pie, excellent. Coffee ok. Great salad and soup bar.
The food has progressively gotten worse over the past few years albeit the service is still pretty good.
Have always loved this place but last time we were there about 4:30pm and salad bar was not a fresh as the week before on our visit. Normally it's amazing . Everyone should order their Thanksgiving pies from them frfr
