We've wanted to try Fatty Lumpkins for awhile but the few hours they're open makes it difficult to visit. We finally tried them today and boy was it a disappointment. I would really like to see a receipt from Boars Head before I believe that its the meat that Fatty Lumpkins serves. The meat was tasteless and even the light rye bread was rather bland. Daily specials offer something unique every day. When in doubt, get the Fatty, you won't be disappointed. Maybe ask for lite lettuce, though. Toasted or as-is, you can't go wrong.
This was the highest quality italian sub sandwich Ive ever had. Pricey but: Good aint cheap and cheap aint good.

My family loves visiting Fatty Lumpkins Sandwich Shack! I have a gluten allergy, and they have gluten free bread available, which is nice to have that option. If you get the gluten free bread toasted, they also offer to toast it on tin foil so as to limit the cross contamination. My favorite thing to order is their chicken salad sandwich, but really anything on the menu is great. The atmosphere is fun, and the service is very friendly and helpful.Definitely recommend checking it out!
