K2 Pizzeria - Grand Haven

Big swing and a miss, customer service wise. Decided to spend our 5th anniversary in GH and came here for a fun rooftop experience. The round high top table we were sitting in had a freak phenomenon and the metal lining that wrapped around the entire edge of the table’s screws broke lose and slapped me in the torso. Wasn’t the end of the world they moved us to a different table not a huge deal but the servers made the manager aware and I was surprised the manager never apologized or said anything. We were cool and didn’t make a big deal but at the end of the night I was a little surprised to find out that nothing on the bill was comped. Happy to pay for what I bought just a little disappointed they didn’t do anything to remedy the fact I was assaulted by one of their tables. To make things worse they pushed the table with open screws poking out against the wall and continued to use it even tho it was definitely a safety hazard. Great opportunity to make a customer feel good after a weird circumstance and chose to do nothing. Unimpressed by the manager on staff. Servers were good though.

Came in last min for a birthday dinner with 15 people as the place we were suppose to go didnt have things ready. Courtney was our waitress and she was fabulous being on top of orders and did a great job

Went on a Sunday evening. Not busy. Good thin crust pizzas. Nice selection of beer and cocktails. Pleasant setvice.

Great pizzeria, my family loved it! Would definitely come back here.

The pizzas are good, the drinks are inexpensive. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, but the servers generally don't check up on you. I prefer it that way, but some people might not. The only real complaint I have is that the tables outside are metal, so in the summer it's unbearably hot to the touch and there is just a ton of glare on your eyes.
