What Jahna Hennika doesn't like about Dairy Creme:
Bought ice cream and asked for 2 cups of ice and got charged for two bottled waters. When asked about the 3.00 charge, was told by the rude associate that’s what they charge for ice and then when I asked to have the cups filled with water then, was rudely told that’s what I asked for and I could talk to the boss at 5 pm. Not great service for anyone spending time in Grand Haven and supporting local businesses. View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and kind. I wanted to take a picture of the ice cream, but it was so delicious that I ended up eating it and forgetting about the photo. They have a wide variety of vegan toppings to choose from. I opted for chocolate, peanut butter, and Oreo on my sundae - it was amazing. I will definitely be returning.
