My experience began with a wait of several minutes at the counter without anyone in sight to assist me. When I finally placed my order, the staff mistakenly added the wrong ingredient to my sandwich twice. Additionally, when I asked for a cup for water, I was surprised to be charged $1.99; I had no idea they charged for tap water. This was my second visit of the day for lunch and dinner. I ordered a large cheeseburger and requested no onions, but it came piled with onions and wasn't hot either.
