Management should be embarrassed for not ensuring timely service and for allowing employees to chat instead of focusing on preparing the orders.

The white female staff member was especially nice, always smiling and laughing. It seems the staff has improved compared to before. Everyone was delightful.

This is the worst Sheetz... read more I stopped at Sheetz for a break from the interstate, which is just over a mile from I-40. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were disgusting. This is the worst Sheetz I have ever visited, and I will not be stopping here again despite their menu.

Then the ord... read more Store is always dirty and the kitchen is slow and unorganized. After waiting for an hour for my order that was never called, I was given cold food. Then the order was incorrect and had missing items. This isn?t the first issue I?ve had with this location.I understand staffing issues etc. but when I worked for Sheetz I was told ?people will wait for their food, don?t focus on howfast you can get their food out, focus on how accurate you get their food out? seems like they aren?t worried about accuracy ora proper time limit.
