Denny's - Graham

Absolutely disappointed. I waited an hour for my food, and not a single person said sorry for the delay. Poor service overall.

I recently enjoyed an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The service was the best I've had in quite some time. For dinner, I found the prices to be reasonable, ranging from $20 to $30 per person. Both the food and service received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive, also rated 5. I highly recommend trying the salad!

The experience was quite pleasant and peaceful. The food was good, and the service was excellent. I dined in for breakfast, and the price per person was around $10–20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I recommend trying the Lumberjack Slam. As for vegetarian options, I would somewhat recommend it, but I'm not entirely certain about the range available.

Never got past the Please Wait to be Seated sign. We stood there about 10 minutes waiting for the start of service while watching the staff laugh and talk on their phone, as the other person working told us that they were closed. This was around 10:30pm, which made me wonder this: 1- WHY aren 't these hours of operation POSTED for guests to see? 2- Why were the entrances STILL open if you were, if fact, CLOSED for the night....and 3- Why was it so funny to them that we weren 't going to be served? They actually didn 't want to give any explanation or give us the closing hours. One girl just walked away from us, while the one doing the talking just kept that smirk on her face. Needless to say, we promptly left and I seriously doubt I will patronize Denny 's again. At least at this location. Management needs to address this ASAP. No telling how many others have experienced such behavior and not said a thing. If there were less than a star, they certainly deserve it. The food service industry is getting sorrier by the minute.
