Das zum Hotel Desirée gehörende Restaurant ist sicher eine der besten Adressen in Grächen. Die typisch schweizerische Küche bietet neben feinen Fleischgerichten auch eine besondere Spezialität: Les Trois Fondues, eine Erfindung des Inhabers, welcher ein herkömmliches Fondue-Caquelon drittelt und so dem Gast eine Auswahl an total 14 verschiedenen Fondues anbietet, von welchen man deren 3 aussuchen kann.
It was my wife's birthday and the owner knew it. so we had a very warm welcome with free prosecco: and all the employees wished a happy birthday of my wife, just great!! the food was simply great, mashed patatoes and grilled duck breast, delicious!!!
