Amazing surrounding and great wine menu with a variety of local Nobiles and Brunellos. The menu offers a selected choice of traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. Unfortunately, this is not always convincing because the taste suffers by adding chic ingredients. Service is good but the waitress might have had a bad day she was impolite and half hearted. Excellent service and delicious dishes. Calm and professional team and clearly an outstanding chef. This is a firm favourite of ours for special occasions. We will certainly be returning.

Excellent taste and sensorial experience. You let yourself go on a guided journey of new tastes, sensations and smells. Not good for those expecting the classic restaurant. Well done!!!
We had dinner here and were very excited after the wonderful recommendations from people in town and online however the food was underwhelming. We ordered off of the tasting menu and several of the dishes were difficult to eat due to their preparation. The risotto was undercooked and chewy, the pigeon pate tasted terrible and bitter and the steak was raw. The ambiance was disappointing as well. We were seated in the corner facing a beige wall. Overall I don't understand the hype and felt that we have eaten much superior quality food and had better ambiance in Italy and around the world. Very disappointing.
