What Tom Yuen likes about Howell's Deli Cafe:
I have only ordered takeout from this restaurant and have not dined in, so I cannot comment on the ambiance. My personal favorite items are the Rachel (Pastrami) and Reuben (corned beef) sandwiches. They may not be to everyone's taste, but they are well-prepared. In my opinion, the burgers are not particularly special, even with various toppings (I have tried a few).
