Feedback
This restaurant has received mixed reviews. While some customers complained about burnt food and mediocre service, others praised the fresh, homemade dishes and excellent atmosphere. It seems like a hit or miss, with some diners greatly enjoying their experience while others were left disappointed. The menu offers a variety of options suitable for different tastes and budgets, but consistency seems to be an issue. Overall, the place seems to have potential for improvement but could use some attention to detail to ensure a more consistently positive dining experience.

Being an aging gen x hipster, this place is perfect for me. The food is amazing, locally sourced with a gourmet hometown vibe. The atmosphere is relaxed with a touch of edginess that makes me feel right at home. My kids enjoyed it too. We ended up going back twice in just two days. Highly recommend this place. Went on New Year’s Eve. The food and service were ok- but the bartender wasn’t attentive and the drinks tasted funny. Overall wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Had a great lunch here a month ago (sandwiches) and decided to take my wife here. It was a Saturday night and there were 5 small tables full. That should have been a sign. My wife got a sangria that she sent back, just poured out of some cheap bottle of sangria, no fruit etc. Then she got a prosecco. Again some cheap bottle that didn't taste good. I mean there are a lot of good $15 a bottle proseccos out there! The shrimp garlic app and buffalo calamari were good. Got a tuna tartare that was literally all mango with three tiny chunks of tuna and a bunch of mayonnaise sauce. Had to send that back. I had a roast beef sandwich that was OK. There was one waitress for THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT. No busboys or bartenders, the waitress did that also. You can imagine that service was spotty. Then at 8 pm a Trivia Night started. That was surprising as most places do this on a Wednesday or Thursday night. The chairs are lightweight wood and people had their winter coats and handbags on the backs. The chairs kept falling on the floor all over the place when people got up. My wife's chair fell over while she was about to sit on it and bruised herself pretty badly when she fell on the floor. At the end of the night she was miserable and I felt bad that I took her here. It's a shame because it's a nice place in a great location. The beer menu is good though. If they had a new chef, a real bartender, and some more waitstaff this place could be amazing.
