I think the new owners have ruined the place. My lunch was dreadful, the classic Reuben sandwich which was genuine and excellent is now a pile of processed material they use some cheap bread, processed corn beef and I don't think they know the...difference between coleslaw and sauerkraut. This is the old Swiss Cafe which was an old Gordon Centre stalwart. New owners and new look, still decent sandwiches & coffee.
I have fond memories of the old Swiss Deli which I used to go to often with my daughter. Only been a couple of times since they became Artie's and they are still pretty good.
We purchased coffees from here and found them to be over priced. The smoothies are $8.50 and they don't use real fruit (use premixed powder). We didn't have any food so can't comment.
