What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Goonellabah:
I placed an order for delivery, and while they charged me, my food never arrived. It took nearly two hours for me to finally receive my meal, and I had to go pick it up myself. View all feedback.
Incompetent kids. Talking, playing on their phones or eating pizza in front of you. They do everything but their job
The workers were absolutely under pump with heaps of orders yet the time they told us was spot on, walk in-walk out and the best dominos we have had.
Deliveries dont start till 5pm, shopper beware. There website says nothing of this. So its upto me, the general public the decimate information that should be freely available
Might be a bit longer wait now since they are the only food delivery left after the floods, but the food is always perfection! Never had a bad meal.
Terrible service. Got our complete order wrong and refused to fix it. Would not recommend even if it is your last resort. Absolutely shocking. Do not even think of ordering anything from this store.
