I placed an order through DoorDash, and the driver has been waiting for 30 minutes already. I really doubt the restaurant is that busy. I ordered at 8:00 PM, and it is now 9:00 PM, and they are still waiting to pick up the order. Service rating: 1.

Poor customer service unable to provide refunds or any method of recompense when unable to make orders. Failed on multiple occasions to be able to make food to the order specifications.
