Domino's Pizza Goodna

Mist! we ordered pizza online and waited while our little watch counted. twenty minutes after the screen said we should have our pizzas we should arrange them to see where it was. the kerl started saying that he had not our order, and then changed "it's enroute". another 15 minutes went by, and our pizza showed up, completely stone cold, with hardly any hits. my friend arranged them and complained to them that they answered it would be another hour or more to get us new pizzas. after some strong words from my friend, we ended up with replacement pizza in about 40 minutes, that was hot and had much better torf. overall I am glad that they bought the replacement pizza...read more

I'm a local. Over the years I've bought a lot of Domino's pizzas when living at other suburbs, because its cheap and good value for money. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas produced at the Goodna Dominos is very substandard. I've bought it several times over the last 12+ months since I moved here and it's always the same low quality. the toppings are scant and the pizza looks nothing like the adverts. I really hope someone will read this and do something about it.

Pizzas taste fine, but large size pizzas are extremely small compared to what they used to be Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20

Staff cannot seem to remember ingredients on pizzas no do they know how to cut them through it seems. This is the nee chicken and avo, missing shallots. Cream base makes toppings slide off. Needs more seasoning. American pepperoni is also cheaper older grade with more fat. Tastes bad. Do not recommend. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

Tonight, I ordered the promo 2 Large Pizzas(Supreme with Anchovies and Pepperoni Pizza) with garlic bread and a Sunkist at Domino’s Goodna. I told the lady over the phone I’d like it to be thin and crispy, less sauce and not burnt (as has been often our experience before). Went and picked up my order to find out that they were both Classic crust. Called Domino’s Goodna and spoke to the staff. She then checked the order docket and confirmed it was indeed thin and crispy. I told her this is the second time it happened to us and we are disappointed as we don’t want something heavy for dinner and plus we really love thin and crispy. She said she will talk to the manager and get her approval for 2 large Pizza voucher. I said the first time they offered it to us for the same issue, we declined it. But knowing that we paid the right amount of money 32$ for the second time again and yet weren’t happy again, I said to the lady, I’ll take the offer of 2 free pizzas. Now just holding my breath for the offer to come through. Fingers-cross!
