I enjoy the coffee here, but the service leaves much to be desired. I waited for over 10 minutes outside the drive-thru window. The open sign was lit, the light... read more I enjoy the coffee here, but the service leaves much to be desired. I waited for over 10 minutes outside the drive-thru window. The open sign was lit, the lights were on, and there was a car parked in the employee spot, yet there was no one around to take my order for coffee or tea. If you claim to be open, then please actually be open. If you're closing early, make sure to turn off the lights and the sign so that customers don't waste their time and money.
