The atmosphere was decent, although I found it a bit cramped; I prefer having windows to look outside, but that's just my personal preference. The food was fantastic! I’ve been searching for a good chile relleno for years, and I finally found it at El Cazador. That alone will definitely keep me coming back, especially since it's only a few blocks away.

Whether it’s a Monday or a Friday, I believe the flavor, service, and overall experience should be consistent. Diners visit restaurants for nourishment and to treat themselves, spending their hard-earned money in anticipation of a rewarding meal. Some might not feel like cooking, while others are looking to indulge in something special or familiar. I came with high hopes and invested my money, but ultimately, I felt let down. If this is the quality being served on a Friday, perhaps you should reconsider your operations. I’m not angry, just very disappointed.

I initially came here for horchata, but I ended up ordering food as well. The vegetable enchiladas were absolutely fantastic. The service was prompt, and I could hear the kitchen preparing my meal fresh.
