I booked a table through their system, The booking went through but once we got there the lady at the reception said our booking wasn't confirmed but it wasn't... read more I booked a table through their system, The booking went through but once we got there the lady at the reception said our booking wasn't confirmed but it wasn't declined, and she said the restaurant was now full and there was nothing she could do about it. long story short, their system or the people behind it don't know how to use it and we drove an hour there for nothing.

There were nine of us in our party, we had made a reservation and were seated inside as we were told there was no room for a party of our size on the terrace. There seems to be enough room but whether they choose not to seat large tables on the patio or they just didn’t have room that night, we won’t know. We ordered our entrees: Seafood, Fregola, pasta with clams. All unremarkable. Seafood was dry. Fregola was good. Pasta with clams was exceedingly salty. Calamari fritti was VERY tough and rubbery. Had good flavor but was just too hard. Desserts ordered were needed because the portion size of the entrees left us all hungry, that really should not be. Ordered 7 desserts 6 arrived 1 did not. We went up and asked the waiter who had forgotten and acknowledged, he would bring it, it never showed up. We were never asked if we wanted coffee. Although a customer? (Friend of waiter? at the bar was enjoying his coffee. The real kicker is that although the one dessert that didn’t make it to the table… made it on the check! They either were too busy, under staffed or take business for granted, I think the latter. Whatever it is our dinner was not close to a 5 star experience.
