I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant and will definitely not order from there again. Initially, I entered my address incorrectly and wanted to contact the restaurant to correct it, but they couldn 't find a phone number. After searching Lieferando for the location of Project B, I discovered that the shop is located in the same building as Burger Me. So I called Burger Me to clarify the issue. At first, a man answered the phone who had absolutely no idea what Project B meant. After some frustration, I tried again, and this time another man answered the phone who also had no idea what Project B meant. Finally, I called again, and a woman explained to me that she could find my order in the system but couldn 't do anything. She said the delivery person would contact me if they were at the wrong address, and then I would have to clarify it with them. Such poor customer service is simply unacceptable. It 's also very questionable how a company can function if even the names of the different brands aren 't known internally. The delivery driver was very nice, however, and finally delivered the food to the right address—but unfortunately, it was already cold. I would have expected more than just a Burger Me burger with the new Project B branding. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I will definitely never order from here again. By the way, the delivery driver arrived on a burgerme scooter.
