I was very positively surprised that there is finally another café in Göttingen that offers matcha lattes. For €4.90 you can get a strong (pre-sweetened) matcha latte upon request, the drink is not on the menu. However, the service is still rather mediocre and we were once again forgotten. The apple caramel tart tasted good, but the chocolate cake was more convincing and was rich in chocolate and mostly nice and squishy . Now since the remodel it is a soulless cave with no personality or life. Just because furniture is new and made of velvet doesn't mean it's good. Especially since half of Göttingen will soon look just as tasteless. Honestly, it's a shame, rip :,
