Only the dishes are disappointing during Christmas, personally I think they use too much cheap (non-local) products. The website states that they cook with local products as much as possible. Then there will be swordfish on the menu at Christmas... many people will think it's fine, but for me as a fish specialist that is a no go... especially with the beautiful local products that we have available in Zeeland (from the North Sea).
