Gloucester service: lovely people but SO SO SO SLOW! like, we were waiting for 2 hours for our food, slow. Nice food though, good amount of veggie options
The booking system at Zizzi was not functioning properly when we arrived, as they had no record of our reservation.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had a very enjoyable evening. It would have been even better if there were more options on the menu.
