The staff here are rude, incompetent and lazy! Had to wait over 30 minutes for food to come to the table, which was totally the wrong order which the waiter fou... read more The staff here are rude, incompetent and lazy! Had to wait over 30 minutes for food to come to the table, which was totally the wrong order which the waiter found funny. I went to the counter to complain and the waitress was too busy playing with her hair to bother with my order. Food hygiene comes to mind! And on the subject of hygiene, do not use the toilets here, dirty smelly covered seats, sinks blocked with dirty water! If i could give this less than one star i would!!

Not impressed, you could definitely learn some lessons from gileatos when it comes to cookie dough. Absolutely disgusted not worth the money at all thanks for nothing kaspas Gloucester. I won't be ordering again. Also very small.

Second time they’ve forgotten some of our order and received melted ice cream pretty much water!! Don’t waste your money
