Staff uninterested and rude. Food itself was OK but they really should try and encourage staff to smile. No condiments and order incorrect.

Ordered all of our food to then get to the till and be told they were only taking cash that day , there is no sign anywhere in there to say card only !!! I’m sure ragdeep should of mentioned this before taking our order and making it , never had trouble paying cash In there or any other subway before

Sunday afternoon and only one sandwich artist working. Queue out the door. Another employee wandering around oblivious to the frustration of the hungry people. Should have gone to McDonalds.

My colleague and I visit this restaurant branch once a week, as we work nearby. Up until today, we have never had any issues. Yes, it can be slow at times, but if it's busy, that's understandable. Today, we went to order our usual items: a chicken tikka wrap and a cheese salad wrap. However, we were told that they were not on the menu and we couldn't have them. This has never been a problem before. We are willing to pay the full price for the equivalent items and the staff have always accommodated our requests. However, the manager on duty today was adamant that we couldn't have them, even if we paid full price. As a vegetarian, the only wrap I am 'allowed' to have is the Veggie Delite, which I don't enjoy. I feel like I have no freedom of choice and I am being forced to accept what is offered. It is absurd that a customer cannot choose from the selection of food available.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic and beautifully presented. To be honest, it was a major improvement compared to my last visit a few months ago. The restaurant was much cleaner, tidier, and more efficient. Kudos to the manager and the rest of the team for a job well done.
