Yes, it can be slow at times, but... read more My colleague and I visit this restaurant branch once a week, as we work nearby. Up until today, we have never had any issues. Yes, it can be slow at times, but if it's busy, that's understandable. Today, we went to order our usual items: a chicken tikka wrap and a cheese salad wrap. However, we were told that they were not on the menu and we couldn't have them. This has never been a problem before. We are willing to pay the full price for the equivalent items and the staff have always accommodated our requests. However, the manager on duty today was adamant that we couldn't have them, even if we paid full price. As a vegetarian, the only wrap I am 'allowed' to have is the Veggie Delite, which I don't enjoy. I feel like I have no freedom of choice and I am being forced to accept what is offered. It is absurd that a customer cannot choose from the selection of food available.
