Not worth losing a star but worth noting: the food can be a little bit spicier than standard curry houses, but they have plenty of mild options on the menu. Personally would recommend the Butter Chicken main, as it's creamy/mild but packed with beautifully intense flavour.

Managed to park outside in their car park we didn't have to park further away and walk to the restaurant.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and was shocked to find a £100 parking charge on my bill a week later, despite not even using the parking space. This restaurant is a complete joke. I would highly recommend going to Balti Hut instead for better quality food, value for money, and honesty in their business practices. I will never eat at this restaurant again. Terrible service, terrible food, and a terrible atmosphere. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better dining experience. Plenty of parking available at this location.
