The tapas at this restaurant are excellent, especially the hot stone vegetables. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. It's definitely worth the effort to climb the stairs from the precinct.

We chose to dine in the upstairs bar. The menu was not very vegetarian-friendly, but we both decided on the vegan burger and vegetarian spring rolls. We also had chips on the side, which were excellent. The burger patty was mediocre, but edible. The spring rolls, however, were disappointingly small - only four of them and smaller than the chips! I shared my patty with my partner, and she let me try a spring roll. I didn't realize she had placed one on top of my chips until I took a closer look. Overall, we found the experience to be disappointing and overpriced. While we enjoy having drinks at the Tiger, we do not recommend it as a dining option for vegans or vegetarians.

The restaurant features amazing musicians such as Luke Phillbrick and the Solid Gone Skiffle Invasion, as well as a wonderful bartender. It is a very welcoming spot to relax with a few drinks and listen to authentic music performed by passionate individuals. Don't forget to try a Tokyo Iced Tea made by Ben if you're feeling adventurous!

Having wandered down the tired Main Street, past numerous Poundland type stores and gatherings of white lightening swigging people the unassuming, slightly hidden doorway to the upstairs bar in this cocktail lovers dream was a welcome site. A great range of delicious drinks, we came for one and stayed for three. Oldie worldie wood panelling, attentive bar staff adds to the speakeasy type atmosphere. Will certainly be back for more.

We ate here on a Thursday lunchtime as a surprise for my Birthday. It wasn't busy but everything showed they care about their customers. There was a good selection of drinks to choose from, and the food was really top notch. Between us we had some meat we cooked on a hot rock, a crocodile burger various tapas. Everything was fresh tasty. Relaxed but attentive waitress and an excellent soundtrack (volume music choice) added to the experience. It is really nice to find a place that has found its niche and is doing it so well. We'll definitely be back for food and maybe some of the tempting cocktails...
