Ten Sushi Japanese Buffet Restaurant

The food is one of the best open sushi in Ottawa. But it doesn't mean it's perfect.Now the service was terrible and the servers were rude.

Really good sushi spot. F.Y.I: they are always on dinner menu prices/food; which is good if you're a sashimi and special roll type of person. If you're going out for a lunch and lookin to save a buck, look elsewhere.

A few pros and cons to this place.Pros include quality sushi, which has a thinner layer of rice than you’d typically find on other sushi. This makes it so that you’re able to taste everything inside the roll, and you even get a little bit of crunch from the seaweed. The general taos chicken was also quite good.Now I have a few cons. Customer service wasn’t quite there. It was actually difficult to flag down a waiter/waitress and they seemed uninterested in explaining how things work or what things were. The atmosphere was very loud with people walking around everywhere, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for a date. I find the price a little bit more expensive than other sushi restaurants in Ottawa as well.The conclusion… it was okay. I didn’t mind it, but there are definitely better places out there.

Overall good food and clean establishment. Sometimes they stuff the rolls with extra rice to fill you up faster. I really enjoy the grilled salmon pieces and tea.

Great food, good service and fast, nice staff, nice bathrooms.
