Papa Joe's Pizza - Gloucester

Beware, the restaurant did not honor the advertised price for the 1 topping pizza of $13.99 as displayed on the large billboard outside the store. I was charged $20.82 instead of the advertised price of $15.82. The staff acknowledged the mistake but did not offer to correct it, claiming there was an error in the banner. Make sure to double-check prices before ordering.

I found a plastic bread clip in my poutine and the male worker was extremely rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

There was a sign on the window and inside the restaurant advertising 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $5.99. When we ordered this deal, the staff told us it was no longer available. It seems like they keep the signs up only to attract customers and then charge more. This is very dishonest and deceptive business practices.

Disappointed. I placed an order with them but the description on their Uber eats was wrong. I thought I was paying for something that I was sure would be included and when I contact them they said it was not. Unfortunately uber failed to resolve this and would not let me cancel my order without charging me the entire amount. I’m disappointed.

Pizza was ok but I ordered it to deliver at 7pm and I got it in my hotel room short after 6. Therefore only 4 stars
