Orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff seems inexperienced. The other day, they messed up my wife's drink order. She handed the cashier the drink and the order sticker, but they just returned the same wrong drink to her. When I spoke with the management about the issue, they suggested that their employees shouldn’t argue with customers about their orders. Nobody appreciates that kind of treatment!
