Ordered the prime rib medium rare, and that's NOT what i received! More like borderline medium well.
Wildfire delivers on that yummy in the tummy feelBut some food items didn't hit the mark.
Enjoyed a ginger soy coho salmon special with Israeli couscous and sautéed matchstick veggies.
We love coming here, but the experience was not typical. My pork chops were dry/over cooked and the lamb chops were as well that my parents had. It was busy (usually is) and noise level was pretty high. Our server was helpful and happily took our group photo.
We had a reservation at Wildfire (glenview) on a rainy Sunday 5:45 PM as always, the place was busy! I requested a quiet table and they did acknowledged my request by putting us in a smaller, quieter room. I had the bison burger w/grilled onions and creamed spinach as a side, instead of french fries. My husband had the turkey burger. Everything was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive. This restaurant is always packed. When we arrived at 5:45pm, the restaurant was full and almost every table was finishing their meal already. As we exited, we walked through the crowd of waiting customers waiting for tables to turn over. Recommend you make a reservation at least a day in advance.
