I have had a generally positive experience with the service and food quality at this restaurant over the past year. However, after my visit on 10/10/22, I am considering not returning due to potentially new management and staff. Despite being the only customer in the lobby, I was ignored by all staff members. Additionally, my mother was harassed and treated poorly by the manager on duty when she went back to retrieve my missing drink. The manager yelled at her and followed her to the door, claiming that she was being rude for expressing her dissatisfaction. This was a terrible experience and I don't think I will be returning to the restaurant's lobby again. It may be best to stick to the drive-thru where there is less face-to-face interaction with the staff.
This Taco Bell has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Plus, it is conveniently located down the street from my house!
The restaurant is a bit pricey for late-night munchies. Three chalupas cost around $10, but I can't resist them. Overall, I love chalupas! lol
