When I finally reached the payment window, the staff member apologized and explained that they hadn't heard me because they were busy helping customers inside. I asked if I should go around again, and he said, "Yeah, maybe." So, I circled back but still received no response. In the end, I left without being served.

I attempted to clarify this to the woman five times, but I ended up just receiving sugar. Moreover, the iced coffee in the morning often tastes stale. On the positive side, the food is consistently good. However, when I do experience problems, the staff tends to have a bit of an attitude.

It took me 25 minutes from the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru until I finally got my food. To make matters worse, my iced coffee was awful! What a complete waste of time and money!
