From the start, I felt... read more The customer service could use some improvement. There was no one ahead of us in line, so the server had nothing to do before we arrived. From the start, I felt rushed, and I’m not sure why. It was my first time here, and I needed some time to review the menu and see my options. Throughout the ordering process, I was hurried along, as if moving quickly was mandatory. It was honestly the most stressful experience I’ve ever had while trying to order food. The way the server kept staring at me while I was making my selection was almost comical, especially since there weren’t even ten people waiting behind me. As for the food, it was just okay—nothing extraordinary. I also felt they should provide a bit more rice; I ordered three scoops but received less than expected. Overall, I think I’ll choose to eat somewhere else next time, where I won’t feel so anxious while ordering.

However, I noticed that prices have increased, and the amount of salad I received was quite disappointing. The portions seem mismatched with the pricing. My husband’s bowl also had brown rice, but even that was scarce. Considering that brown rice and salad must be among their least expensive ingredients, I expected larger portions. The photos show that they barely filled the bottom of the plate. I’ll likely start searching for another spot for my poke bowls.
