The young man was very pleasant BUT young lady was almost pissed that I ordered three wraps... ok..? I'm sorry?!? Made me feel weird for ordering. So after she made them she walked over to me with a big attitude and very swiftly, quickly and rudely put my order on the table and didn't say anything and walked away! I don't expect much and I hardly leave reviews but wasn't expecting to get treated like that ... please do better! Makes me not want to come here because the same way a good attitude goes a long way so does a bad one.. clearly for ME to leave a review that's says A LOT!

I was craving the grilled salmon and I?ve been going to the West Covina location once a week for about a month now. I was close to the Glendora location so I thought it would be the same since it?s the samecompany. Well I was wrong. Everything was just different. Terrible customer service and it wasn?t even busy! They use choppedsalmon instead of a whole salmon. The serving was terrible, I can could the number of the salad leaves, cucumbers, and edamamebecause they didn?t even put enough. They forgot or didn?t even ask if I wanted the flakes and sesame stuff they put. It was alot saltier maybe cause they use a pump system for the sauce and the fact that it didn?t have enough Salad and rice. Don?t getme wrong, I would go again but just not at this location.

From the start, I felt rushed, and I’m not sure why. It was my first time here, and I needed some time to review the menu and see my options. Throughout the ordering process, I was hurried along, as if moving quickly was mandatory. It was honestly the most stressful experience I’ve ever had while trying to order food. The way the server kept staring at me while I was making my selection was almost comical, especially since there weren’t even ten people waiting behind me. As for the food, it was just okay—nothing extraordinary. I also felt they should provide a bit more rice; I ordered three scoops but received less than expected. Overall, I think I’ll choose to eat somewhere else next time, where I won’t feel so anxious while ordering.

The great thing is that you can add... read more I absolutely love this place! I ordered a poke salad, opting to skip the rice to reduce carbs, and also got a chicken salad. The great thing is that you can add all the same toppings to the chicken salad as you would in a poke bowl, which is perfect since my wife doesn’t eat fish.

I understand that food prices are rising, but cutting back and not delivering what you advertised is not the right approach. I ordered a large bowl for $18 (with tax) but received the amount of food typically served in a small bowl. I'm fine with paying the price, but if I'm not getting what I paid for, that's unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, I was ignored by the owners! I had been a loyal customer for years and would even drive an extra 15 minutes just to eat here, but not anymore. I'm sorry, but it's just not worth it.
