Venice Pizza - Glendale

I ordered 2 large pizza's one pepperoni and one Hawaiian style and I also ordered cheese bread I asked for a ranch and marinara I never asked for hot peppers because I can't eat hot stuff because I have heartburn and reflex I called to let them know I didn't get my ranch or marinara and to let them know that the hot peppers they put in the pizza box that I never asked for the lid popped open in them both and I now have hot peppers all over my pizza's that I can't eat she tells me that we never ordered ranch and marinara about the hot peppers that is not there problem I obviously was dumbfounded and completely thrown off by the response I got so when I yes raised my voice literally a little not like I normally would and I go over the situation and repeat that the hot peppers that they put in the pizza box's that I didn't ask for and the lids popped off of them and I now have hot peppers all over both my pizza's that they can clearly see for them selfs and I now can't eat after paying almost $40 isn't thier problem and the girl hangs up on me so when I call back to ask for a name to put in my review since they clearly don't have any regard for customer satisfaction and the next lady that sounded just like the last one tells me there is no name I said ok so just to clarify then I can just let everyone know that the whole Venice pizza team/ owners all have no regard for customer satisfaction or service she didn't say anything so here I am with 2 large pizza's I can't eat after paying almost $40.

I truly enjoy their food. I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and I've never been let down. The prices are quite reasonable as well.

Been a loyal customer sense 1997 ...... I did the math ... wow ..

It's a cozy spot with fantastic food and a great atmosphere! I highly recommend trying the wing special.

I ordered the 18in Philly cheese steak pizza service was great the price and size were also great, but the pizza dough was very oily, and appeared to be over cooked my wife wasnt able to eat it. I couldn't take it back cause it's like 20min away. I'm guessing it could of been an off day after going through the reviews.
