Contribute FeedbackThe menu was quite basic, but I opted for the chile rellenos, rice and beans, along with a side of chips and salsa. My friends chose tacos and enchiladas. After having to request three refills of iced tea (and asking a second time during one instance because our server forgot), we finally received our chips and salsa. Unfortunately, the salsa was bland and lacked flavor, resembling a thin red sauce with only a few tomato bits, while the chips tasted like they came straight from the bag. Our server, who seemed young and inattentive, acted aloof and didn't even apologize for forgetting our drink refills. If we hadn’t been so hungry and it was too late to consider going elsewhere, we would have left. After waiting over 50 minutes, we were let down again. The portions were incredibly small and tasted as if they had come from a frozen "Patio" Mexican dinner. To make matters worse, our sides of sour cream and guacamole were never delivered, yet we were still charged for them. From the moment I sat down, I felt uneasy; the atmosphere was reminiscent of an old library—quiet and musty. Examining the antiques was the only thing that helped pass the time. Overall, lunch was a major disappointment! Typically, I would give a restaurant a second chance, but in this case, I see no reason to return.
After traveling a long distance for the tasting, she didn’t show up and ignored my calls. It has taken nearly a month to get my deposit back, and I found the owner to be both unreliable and rude. When I finally received my deposit back, it was made out to "Prima Dona." I don't think my expectations were unreasonable. What if she had forgotten to show up on the day of the shower? That wouldn’t just be an inconvenience; it would have been an embarrassing situation in front of 25 guests. As it stands, the invitations had already been sent out, so we had the awkward task of informing everyone about the change of venue. I'm about to become a grandmother for the first time, and the baby shower should have been a joyous occasion. Instead, Cee Cee's turned it into a frustrating ordeal. I’m willing to pay for quality service, but you won’t find it at Cee Cee's.
The food quality was disappointing, and the service was quite terrible. The only positive aspect was the building, which was the only highlight of my experience.
The menu was quite simple, so I chose the Chile Rellenos, rice and beans, along with a side of chips and salsa. My friends opted for tacos and enchiladas. After three requests for refills on the iced tea—each time needing to remind the server—we finally received our chips and salsa. However, the salsa was bland and lacked flavor, consisting of tiny tomato pieces in a watery red sauce. The chips tasted like they came straight from a bag. Our server was young and rather detached, which made the experience feel even less inviting. I didn’t bother to complain about the missed refills, as we were too hungry to leave. After waiting for over 50 minutes, we were yet again let down. The portions were disappointingly small and resembled something you’d find in a frozen dinner from a chain like "Patio." To add to our frustration, the server forgot our sides of sour cream and guacamole, and even after we finally received them, they seemed lackluster. The overall ambiance felt like an old library—quiet and musty. While the antiques provided some distraction as we waited, the lunch experience was ultimately a disappointment. Normally, I would give most restaurants a second chance, but in this case, I really don’t see the point.
