Bottega Pizzeria - Glendale

Excellent pasta and certified neapolitan pizzas. we shared the trofie al pesto pasta and a margherita pizza. the fresh handmade pasta was so outstanding. as from a very nice restaurant in las vegas or italien. not as from glendale az. I saw the sign of the certification of pizzas and yes, the pizzas they serve are certified by the Italian government. this restaurant will be reopened and in the near future offers black board specialties when they embark. service was great and they also offered very good offers for Italian wine. they offer indoor and outdoor kitchens.

We made reservations over the phone and were seated shortly after our scheduled time. The host was very friendly and communicative. Our server was also attentive.

My partner and I visited Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante about a month ago. We really enjoyed sitting outside, and our waitress Chrissy was incredibly attentive and pleasant. She provided us with great service throughout our meal.

I was looking forward to enjoying my meal at the restaurant. I decided to order the Eggplant Parmigiana, my usual go-to dish, along with a lunch combination.

My man and I have been going to bottega since 2018, a year after the opening. it is wonderful to have a traditional Italian restaurant like this so close to our home. the owner, nick dilello, is very personal and friendly, and visits every table to say hi and make sure everyone enjoys their culinary experience. my favorite escape on the menu is the (red) lasagne. When I first tasted, I felt in iraly again. it is completely authentic. from the fresh pasta to the bechamel and tasteful Bolognese sauce. pizzas are great. try the foccaccia or one of the bruchettas for a starter. great variety of wine. delicious fresh bread accompanies the meal. make sure to save space for dessert. the tiramisu is probably the best I ever had! they will not be disappointed with bottega.
