Overall, it was a terrible experience. When we tried to contact the owner, Gary, all we got were excuses. There was no apology or offer for a refund. The best they could do was offer a discount on our next event, which is completely unacceptable considering the lack of quality and customer service we encountered. There’s absolutely no way we would consider using this company for any future events. This company is a joke and a scam! AVOID COMMUNITY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I hired them for my wedding and was extremely disappointed with the quality of their service. They played the wrong entrance music and didn't even realize we had a first dance, despite the form we completed with all the details. They updated their system just two days before the event, and the first dance song only played for about 30 seconds. We ended up having to use a microphone and a cell phone for our first dance. We provided them with all the necessary information, but it didn’t make a difference.
