For me, the thing that makes or breaks a cafe is the service. And the staff here were spot on. As soon as I entered I was welcomed. They were busy but it wasn’t a problem to try and find a seat. Great staff and what seeemd a good menu. We enjoyed the cappucino coffee one of the best we have had in Melbourne. Food wise it was OK for us we had the deconstructed pitta options both vegetarian. Nice enough and reasonably served/prsented but such food iwas not getting us excited. Pity View all feedback.
I can’t fault these guys! I come here for coffee most days, it’s always great. I come here to eat and the food is always great and so reasonably priced! I’ve had a number of different dishes from the menu and it’s always delicious and generous with great service!
I sadly wasn't feeling the best when I came here and only had the poached eggs on toast, but my friends' pita pockets looked seriously amazing. Crispy cauliflower should be celebrated whenever possible, and Spout certainly does this humble veggie justice. There are a million shakshuka dishes to choose from, at surprisingly reasonable prices. This place is great, and had a steady hum of customers rolling through whilst we were there. It's not hard to see why. A great little local that I'd be extremely happy to visit again.
Spout Cafe is an inviting urban style cafe that serves great coffee and a tasty range Middle Eastern inspired cuisine. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or to sample some of their delicious muffins with your coffee, there are so many tasty options to choose from. The cafe may be a little on the small side but don’t let that stop you from enjoying the all round cafe experience they provide all their customers. Even when its extremely busy the service is still friendly and efficient which is always a plus, and as an added bonus they have free Wi-Fi too.
