I arrived 10 minutes before closing time only to find the doors closed and staff cleaning up, refusing to let me in. I returned the next night and was ignored by employees busy cleaning the sink. Despite saying hello, I received no response. Another staff member eventually came out and was at least friendly. We had some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted at this restaurant. The Celestial Jam and Cookies flavor was incredible, as was the passion fruit sorbet, peanut butter, and vanilla ice cream.

This chain of ice cream shops seems to care very little about customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I had the pleasure of trying the hazelnut and vanilla honeycomb gelato at this restaurant tonight. It was served in a 1-liter container and presented beautifully in a brown dome-shaped bag with a gold label. The ice cream was delicious and reminded me of a 5-star hotel in Rome. The real honeycomb pieces added a unique and wonderful touch to the dessert. It was a nostalgic experience for me, reminiscent of the old espresso bars in Brunswick in the 1960s. I encourage the restaurant to keep up the great work and continue creating delicious treats like this. It was truly a special and unforgettable experience.
Seriously the best ice I ever had in my life. get the cone! absolute favorit is hazelnut! the shops are adorable and there is always a line up, especially at weekends in the early evening and then all night long. amazing quality....Love love pidapipo!
We came here on a recommendation and was not disappointed. I had a 2 scoop cone with salted caramel and vanilla bean and honeycomb. My partner had the same. They load the cone with hot Nutella sauce before they put the ice cream in the...cone. They were so good we will be going back ASAP. Bill came to just under $12
