This place used to be great a few years ago. Now, service is incredibly slow...waited 15 minutes for a make it yourself falafel pocket when they used to just give it straight away.... also. the quinoa was NOT cooked! It was bitter, crunchy and clearly...was uncooked so I'm not sure who is training (or not training) the staff but that is simply unacceptable. Raw quinoa is very unhealthy for the digestive system. My family recently enjoyed a tasty lunch at this restaurant. I highly recommend the salad plate and chicken pita. The chips were crispy and delicious as well! The staff were very accommodating, providing a high chair for my toddler and offering to fill my salad plate as I was preoccupied with my children. We will definitely return when we visit Melbourne again.
This restaurant is always packed for a reason. The Falafel is delicious and the salad bar is outstanding. The service is quick and friendly, and the fries are the absolute highlight. Kudos to the staff for a job well done!
