Basilico Windsor - Glen Eira

Memories of mediocre Italian fare from Lygon St during my uni days mean I usually stay away from the Italian cuccina.

Sat outside for 10 minutes on a Saturday night. Not very busy but didn't even get a glance of acknowledgement from wait staff. Left and won't be back.

My husband enjoyed our meals at this restaurant - we ordered a garlic focaccia for starter and then my husband has pizza for main and I risotto. We both enjoyed our meals and didn't have enough room left for dessert. Including a drink each the bill came to just under $70. Good range of Italian food to choose from. Our waitress provided excellent and friendly service.

Great service, friendly staff and the food was italian. I had the pizza which was excellent and my partner had spaghetti Bolognese which was average. If you come here go for the pizza it is by far the highlight
