Only an excellent night. the processes as good as good as good as it was at the top 50, and the aromen somewhat more subtle. some great combinations of several... read more Only an excellent night. the processes as good as good as good as it was at the top 50, and the aromen somewhat more subtle. some great combinations of several aromes and textures that only work. even the butter was amazing. the truffles are a welcome extra....The weeping suggested brilliant, the sommelier heard our glimpse descriptions and nailed it to us all over the world and balanced our price range with some fantastic weepings, perfectly added for predominant white drinkers. the South African wine and the more red my highlights. the last time I was there? 4 years ago and I left without a wow factor this time they deserve more that 2 guards loved it.

A clever menu, singing with inventive combinations of perfect ingredients to take me on an taste adventure. Beautifully prepared and presented. Particularly loved the tiny duck tart, King Prawn sandwich, Comte...eclair (a real gem) and the famous shiitake mushroom sundae. This menu is playful and fun, with bite sized offerings that provide a complete gourmet journey at great value.

The sensory menu was great from start to finish and the wine pairings were also great! Having a chat with a few of the staff there, they all seemed to actualIy care about my experience which was super nice. I would highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
