What User doesn't like about Pratt's:
When we arrived, we were told that half of the menu was not stored, there was no waitress and no host, only the barkeeper did everything. I was really angry and disappointed by my experience, especially because we are going to eat everywhere, that was the worst service we ever got at any place. View all feedback. Nice ambiance. Was given warm water. Had to request water with ice. They prepared two of the same dishes when I had ordered different from my husband. Was disappointed as I had expected better from a restaurant in this type of hotel. View all feedback.
