Service is terrible specially person who wouldn’t give me his name or customer service contact after pressing, he later said “Chris” if he was telling the truth. I was simply trying to use the email coupon provided by corporate after completing a survey and he very rudely refused it. I received the survey after placing an online order and coupon was sent via email. Corporate needs to get this location in line.

I was back in Maryland for the Holidays and my Grandson wanted to go to Tropical Smoothie. We pulled into the drive thru and waited and waited when finally someone came on the microphone we started our order, grilled cheese"answer, we don't have it this went on for several different menu options. At the end of it all, 3 smoothies and just at $25 dollars. Don't bother with with place they have little clue on customer service.

I love tropical smoothie I barely get to have it since I’m stationed overseas. Today I had to ask the girl upfront that the young lady making my smoothie wash her hands because she was coughing all over them. She looked back and watched her cough on her hands again and then told me to be fair she has a condition.. idc what she got she need to wear a mask then. My sister watched her cough over two other peoples smoothie.

Most of the time they are okay. Usually I get off work and they have 10 minutes left but they still make my smoothie and I pay. They decided to close early, but leave the doors open and when I go in to order the red hair girl says that they are closed. I leave out and as I am sitting in my car I see her coworker, a young black girl making herself a smoothie. She started making it as i walked in. She looked right at me. ......sucks. they could 've atleast waited until actually closing until making their own smoothies....25May2023. 8:55pm

I ordered at 8:35pm online , they close at 9pm. I was literally out front at 8:45-8:50pm. Soon as I pulled up they cancelled my order. Then I walked in and they said sorry we are closed. No y’all are not closed until 9PM! Not 8:30, not 8:45 and NOT 8:58 YALL CLOSE AT 9 PM! SMH I work in a food place as well I know exactly how it goes you accept every Order until the time you close at 9PM , y’all didn’t wanna do your job tonight and was being lazy. SMH plus I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant so I really feel a certain way!
