So I 'm a little over the top extra and I love to have things my way; especially food because I am a big time foodie. Decided try their food this time so I ordered an avocado toast with salmon (there?s a surcharge to add it) and a soup. The lady took a while to make it? longer than expected. However, the avocado toast was surprisingly good. The guacamole was fresh and there was a generous amount. I liked that it had hard boiled eggs on top which were cut in half and peppered. The

It was mostly empty, with dry chicken and barely any cheese—it's a quesadilla, so it should be cheesy! There were more onions than cheese, and the tortilla chips were stale. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this.

I visit this restaurant every few months and usually have a good experience, but that changed during my last visit on August 19th when I stopped by for a House... read more I visit this restaurant every few months and usually have a good experience, but that changed during my last visit on August 19th when I stopped by for a House Bowl. While I was waiting, I noticed one of the staff members in the kitchen playing with her hair right before preparing the food. I considered mentioning something but didn’t want to come across as a troublemaker, so I stayed quiet. Unfortunately, I regret not saying anything because, to my dismay, I discovered not one, but two long strands of hair in my bowl. That’s unacceptable.

She took the time to explain the different ba... read more I was assisted by a curly-haired girl wearing bright denim overalls, and she was incredibly friendly and cheerful. She took the time to explain the different base options to me in detail, and even though the store was bustling, she remained remarkably patient. The entire staff is young and hardworking, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. I also learned that all the sugar used here is natural, so you won’t experience the bloating that often comes with choosing tropical smoothies. Plus, you can make an unlimited number of substitutions with your order!

The brown-haired girl at the front was incredibly quick in preparing our smoothies. It's always a pleasure to see these kind young women working together. Plus, with all the healthy options available, I can enjoy my meal without any guilt. Rylie and Rhett are fantastic!

There’s a staff member with curly dark hair, big eyes, and a prominent nose who seemed particularly unprofessional. Overall, the service from all the girls there was quite rude, and they didn’t seem to know how to prepare anything well. I was having a polite conversation, and she kept making exaggerated reactions and rolling her eyes at me, even though the place was empty, so it wasn't loud at all. They really need to learn some humility; they come off as very pretentious, as if they come from wealthy backgrounds. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I truly hope management considers making some changes. It would be great to see new staff who are knowledgeable about customer service and genuinely enjoy preparing food.

Today they weren 't serving coffee, out of a l... read more My grandkids love Pit and Peel but this one is going to go out of business if they don 't get their act together. Today they weren 't serving coffee, out of a lot of items, closing at 4, girl had her hair down instead of tied back and kept wiping her brow with her forearm and pushing her hair back with her hand then handling food, ordered two beach bowls and one was ready and the next one we had to wait over 20 minutes for it. The last time we went in there were problems as well. The first time we went there there was a young lady working in the back, a girl who appeared to be the girlfriend of the guy working and another girl working. The girl in the back came to the front and asked a question of the guy. He went to the back then came back to the front and yells, You have been working here for 3 weeks and you should know how to do it. The girl that appeared to be the girlfriend and he started laughing with the coworker in the front also giggling. I realize this is basically a fast food type of establishment but you do NOT treat coworkers like that. There were other issues that were health issues that if the health department walked in it wouldn 't have been good on that day as well. I love my grandchildren therefore have gone back twice. Won 't be going back again.Now we are home the one bowl is not what was ordered. We ordered 2 beach bowls yet one of them has peanut butter in it.I had to go pick up an order at Firebirds and left my husband to get the 2nd bowl. Before I walked out I asked about the 2nd bowl. I was told it was being made. Now my husband tells me after another 10 minutes he had to ask where the 2nd bowl was. It either was given to someone else or it was never being made as told.One more thing, the guy took a spatula to go stick in the machine. As he walked back he was slapping the spatula on his pant leg. Unsanitary.

We waited over 20 mins and finally we asked for a refund because they wanted to give us the little bit they got out of the machine. They finally agreed to refund us our charge but would not give us back our 20% tip, even though we never got any food.We won’t be going back, service was AWFUL
